FOREST LAKE, Minn - Following their 9-3 loss to Minnetonka Saturday, the Duluth East Greyhounds wanted to be sure they answered not only their critics, but also remove any doubts they had in their own minds. The high powered Hounds figured it out quickly scoring three-first period goals including two with less than a minute remaining in the period to cruise to a 9-0 win over Forest Lake.
Junior goaltender Dylan Parker returned to action facing only 11 shots on net recording the shutout and 13 skaters tallied points in the Section 7 match-up. Steven Holappa and Dom Toninato each scored two goals, and Conner Valesano picked up a four point night along with Ryan Lundgren with a goal and three assists each.
