Doug Erlien- Executive Producer/Announcer

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn -  

Doug is the Executive Producer of FOX Preps. He came on board at FOX 9 in March of 2008 following a stint as Operations Manager at Crystal Clear Sports. He has managed and webcast over a thousand live games in his career.

Doug provides play-by-play for our football and basketball coverage on FOX Preps.

His broadcasting career began in 1998 as a part-timer for KFAN radio. He slid into a full-time position as sports director in 2000 with KRCQ radio in Detroit Lakes and then with R&J broadcasting in 2001.

In addition to providing play-by-play for high school games, Doug has worked professional boxing events in his announcing career.

Doug resides in Maple Grove with his wife and two kids.
