In The Beginning

EDEN PRAIRIE - That fast approaching sound you are hearing is the ’soon-to-be’ high school sports season. Don’t worry, it goes away just as fast as it nears. Every night of the week teams from across the state battle in what ends up being the shortest of the three sports seasons’.or maybe it just feels that way.

If you peek at a calendar, there are only eight weeks until playoffs for football. If you look backwards, the teams have already been at it for two weeks between tryouts and two-a-days, there is no rest for the weary.

A week from now we’ll be talking and analyzing real games that matter as teams begin jockeying for position. That is what truly makes this the most wonderful time of the year.
